Land Surveying

Beacon Land Services is not a surveying company. We have several surveying firms that we partner with and can bring to the table for our Clients. During our pre-development meeting with a prospective client, a qualified estimator at Beacon Land Services can determine what type of survey is necessary for the project and issue a comprehensive proposal that encompasses surveying (as a third-party service), platting, land use zoning, and any of our other service items that are necessary to keep moving forward. Beacon can also coordinate with the Client's existing surveyor.
