ANDREW ALLEMAND

ANDREW ALLEMAND

CO-FOUNDER

Andrew 's primary responsibilities include project management, training, and proposal writing. During his 17 years as a professional land planner, platting consultant, and grant writer, Andrew has worked with clients from all over Texas on countless platting and zoning cases.

Prior to Beacon, Andrew worked at Windrose Surveying and Land Services as their Platting Manager. Andrew's responsibilities included project scoping, proposal writing, land development consultation, land use zoning consultation, client representation during public meetings, platting/GIS/land use rezoning project management, business development, and management of the Platting Division staff.

Prior to joining Windrose, Andrew worked at numerous municipalities as a professional land planner, public works official, development services manager and grant writer. During his time with the cities of Belton, Killeen, and Baytown, Andrew gained valuable public-sector experience in the land development and permitting processes.

Andrew holds the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certificate from the American Planning Association and recently concluded his service as a Captain in the Texas Army National Guard.
